Paige Stapleton

Paige Stapleton is an Associate Attorney with the San Diego Elder Law Center. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from University of California, Merced, graduating Magna Cum Laude, recognized on the Dean’s and Chancellor’s Lists, and as a UC Regents’ Scholar. Paige went on to attend Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating with her Juris Doctor Degree. During law school, Paige was a recipient of the Dean’s Leadership Award, the High-Tech Law Institute Outstanding Leadership Award, and the Excellence for the Future Award in Interviewing & Counselling.

Paige is a driven attorney with a passion for serving clients during their most vulnerable points in life. She channels this passion when assisting clients with Medi-Cal and public benefits planning, asset preservation, conservatorships, trust & estate planning, special needs trusts, probate administration, and trust administration. Paige enjoys the personal nature of each case and prioritizes strong communication with each client.

Prior to her admission to the California State Bar, Paige served as a Law Clerk in trust and probate administration and litigation. Paige is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Probate Attorneys of San Diego (PASD), and the Elder Law and Estate Planning, Trusts & Probate sections of the San Diego County Bar Association. She has also volunteered with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego in their pro-bono Family Law and Restraining Order programs.

When she is not practicing law, Paige enjoys time spent with her family and friends and enjoying beautiful San Diego.
