Associate Attorney

Miranda Kuehn

Miranda Kuehn is an Associate Attorney with the San Diego Elder Law Center. She received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Global Studies and Spanish Literature from the California State University, San Marcos, graduating magna cum laude. Miranda went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.  

Prior to joining our law firm, Miranda worked as a law clerk, assisting clients with probate administration, conservatorships, and guardianships. She also volunteered at Elder Law & Advocacy in their legal services department and the University of San Diego Immigration Clinic, which earned her the USD Pro Bono Service Recognition Award.

Miranda is passionate about supporting and protecting seniors and those with special needs and aims to make a positive difference in the lives of others, which the San Diego Elder Law Center makes possible. She ensures that our clients’ needs are met and their concerns addressed while assisting with Medi-Cal and public benefits planning, asset preservation, conservatorships, guardianships, trust and estate planning, special needs trusts, probate administration, and trust administration.

When not working, Miranda enjoys spending time with her family, attending baseball games, and traveling to new places.
