This monthly publication is sent via e-mail. It provides topical and timely information on the changes occurring within the Elder Law field. We offer four or five articles each month, and assorted links of interest. This is a non-technical newsletter geared toward anyone who has a professional or personal interest in Elder Law issues, including our clients and the general public, as well as professional desiring a less-technical overview of legal issues.
Healthcare: San Diego Elder Law e-Alert for Medical and Social Work Professionals
This brief e-alert is sent periodically, featuring an Elder Law topic of likely interest for physicians, nurses, social workers, discharge planners, assisted living and skilled nursing professionals, geriatric care managers, professional fiduciaries and similar professionals.
